The dedicated experts at Boundless Travels work hard to customize each and every trip. This process takes time and effort that often isn’t rewarded with commission. To ensure that your individual trip is planned exactly how you want it, down to the last detail, we charge planning fees. This also allows us to give honest, non-biased recommendations and advice.

Full-Service Trips

$380 planning fee**  

*Groups larger than 4 will be assessed on an individual basis

Itinerary Creation

$50 daily planning fee**

*Groups larger than 4 will be assessed on an individual basis

One-off components

Will be assessed on an individual basis based on scope of work**

A $25 (per ticket) booking fee for any flights booked by us**

All fees are non-refundable and are collected regardless of booking completion. This guarantees that Boundless Travels will be compensated for the time and effort we put into creating your trip, even if you decide not to book it with us.

**Please be advised that a 3.5% + $0.30 processing fee may be applied to all credit card transactions.
